Terms and Conditions for Companies

Næringslivsutvalget (NU) at NHH

These terms govern how your company registers and operates a company account on the NU platform. By creating an account and ticking the acceptance box during registration, an authorized representative of the company confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms on the company's behalf.

1. Account and eligibility

  • You must be authorized to represent the company you register.
  • The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date, including the organization number, contact details, and company description.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Approval

  • New company accounts are reviewed by NU before they become publicly visible.
  • NU may approve, decline, or request changes to a registration, and may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

3. Content and conduct

  • Job postings, events, and company information must be lawful, accurate, and not misleading.
  • You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights or that is discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate for a student audience.
  • NU may edit or remove content that does not comply with these terms.

4. Data and privacy

  • NU processes the company and contact information you submit in order to operate the platform and to facilitate contact between your company and students.
  • The organization number and billing details are used for administrative and invoicing purposes and are not displayed publicly.
  • Personal data of students accessed through the platform must only be used for the recruitment purpose for which it was shared, and in line with applicable privacy law.

5. Fees

Any fees for services such as job postings, events, or promotions are agreed separately. Invoices are sent to the billing email registered on the account.

6. Liability and changes

  • The platform is provided on a best-effort basis. NU is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
  • NU may update these terms. Continued use of the account after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
